Mr Adius Ncube was born in 1964 in Zimbabwe where he completed high School. In 1981, Mr Ncube went to the United States of America where he completed his BSc In Electrical Engineering in 1986. He worked for a couple of years in Zimbabwe before emigrating to South Africa in 1992. Mr Adius Ncube has more than 25 years industry and consulting experience with both international and local firms. Adius spent the early years of his career in Engineering where he worked in a number of industries including chemical, power, oil and gas and manufacturing. He later moved on to Management Consulting focusing on Strategy, Acquisitions, Turnarounds and Operations improvements. Currently Mr Ncube is the CEO of a South African based Tier One consulting firm. Mr Ncube holds a Bsc in Electrical Engineering (USA), Master of Science in Engineering (UK) as well as a Master of Business Administration (Wits).

Piet Rademeyer was born in Port Elizabeth on 3rd August 1953. In 1965 the family moved to Pretoria and he completed his secondary school career at Afrikaans Seuns Hoërskool and Pretoria North High school. He completed the Development Programme in Labour Relations at Unisa under the mentorship of Prof. Nic Wiehan at UNISA.Piet started his career in the motor industry in 1973 as a Management Trainee with the Chrysler Motor Corporation of South Africa. In 1975 he joined Leyland Motor Corporation as Industrial Relations officer, moved through the ranks, and was appointed to the board as Personnel Director in 1982. During his term as Personnel Director he negotiated the 1st Recognition agreement with a black trade union in the industry.Piet formed part of a management buyout team and assumed responsibilities for Land Rover in 1987. Following the purchase of the Rover Group by BMW he was appointed Managing Director of Land Rover South Africa and continued to lead the team until 1999.Presently Chairman of Pearl Automotive, a company he established in partnership with the Imperial Group and was responsible for securing the Rover, MG, Bentley, Lotus and Lamborghini franchises for South Africa.Piet bought an interest in Vuka Forestry Holdings and acted as CEO for the last 6 years.
